Crushing Cans
On the morning of April 14th the school age children were put to work crushing the cans that have been donated for the garden boxes. They worked together like a well oiled machine to get the job done, in the short time they had before school.

I know it is a simple thing, but blogging about the children's work and the way they participate in the life of our community is such a wonderful idea. This really is the work of children, to learn by doing. Thanks for the steady hand that you as staff offer to the children in your program.
