'Super Pool After School' & Board Games Club- Week One

We had an 'Super' week of billiards!  We started off learning about the history of pool and where the game of pool derived from (Europe and croquet, a long time ago). We also learned some fun facts about a professional world champion billiard player named Efren Reyes -no relation to Mr Reyes (Har Har). While the children were learning the basics of pool, which included racking, the importance of chalk and body positioning; the others focused their energy on board games, such as Connect Four and Scrabble with Mr. Doty.
