February 5th In-service

On Friday, February 5th school age 2 had an in-service. We all split up in to our smaller groups and had activities planned for the morning. After our fun filled morning, we had a hot lunch, then off to Stevenson school for some sledding. Then back to daycare for hot chocolate and more out door fun!

Group A had a sports day and played in the gym. The children who did not want to play sports did arts and crafts. 

Group B made clay creations and had a mustache contest to see who could keep their mustache on the longest. Two of the girls won and kept their mustache on all day. 

Group C made projector stories with an overhead projector. 

Group D had a smoothie challenge where they tasted smoothies that they did not know what was in them.  Then they got to make and name their own smoothies in groups. 

 

We all had a great day and had tons of fun!!!
