S.W.AT.

   Today we are at the mid point of our year and decided to celebrate with an ice cream party!  I would like to thank all the children, parents and staff.  Without your support opportunities like this club would not exist.  At the party it was pleasant to hear that the team was making strong connections with the children they work with.  I couldn't ask for a better dream team!

Mountain Mania

Just recently we had a parent of one of our school agers come in with a bobcat and push around some snow to make us some more hills to play on.  What we were expecting was just a few hills to run around on, what we got was this awesome pit in the middle with all 4 sides built up around it... like a volcano. 

 

At first it started out with a couple kids around the mountain, but very quickly became quite popular once they saw what it was like.

 

The children loved jumping off into the middle with all the soft snow, another group was using toboggans off the back side and getting some good speed. 

Thanks again to Nicholas and Victoria's dad Cory for creating such an epic play area for us!

Christmas Break

We have had a wonderful Christmas Break. The children came back from their holidays with many stories to share with their friends about their own family traditions and holiday fun. We had hoped to go skating and tobogganing this week but the -30's wind chill has kept us inside. There is always plenty to do and many friends to enjoy our time with...
